IT manager / Senior full stack developer @ Profotonet / Kamera Express Group

2020 - Present

Responsible for the development, maintenance and management of the internal IT infrastructure and platform and a small IT team (4 people) within a dynamic, fast-changing production company processing over 500.000 orders per year.

As of 2020 I am part of the management team and co-responsible for the strategy and (long term) vision of the company. I also work closely with the quality, operational and general manager to ensure the smooth running of our operation and ensuring our high quality standards.

Junior / medior full stack developer @ Profotonet

2012 - 2020

Started as a junior developer working on an acquired platform for school photography and advanced into more complex projects over the years. I also picked up responsibilities like system administration, networking and virtualization along the way.

Graduation thesis done around the storage of sensor data on a large scale within a NoSQL database.

Internship and junior application developer @ Netaspect

2009 - 2011

After a 5 month internship as a tester, I continued as an application developer in a dual trajectory. In this period I built software systems for the insurance world in C#.net.
